Booking & Ticket Terms: All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and date-specific. The Unique ID (UID) and the QR Code issued after successful payment must be presented at entry. Each QR Code is valid for one-time scanning only. Once scanned at the gate, it will be marked as 'Checked-In' and cannot be reused. In case of incorrect details entered during booking, the organizers are not responsible for failed entry or mismatches. Children up to 5 years get free entry, provided age proof is shown if requested.
Payment, Cancellation & Refunds: All payments are processed through our payment gateway; once paid, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances. If a payment is deducted but not reflected in the system, users must provide transaction details for verification. Confirmation is subject to successful validation.
Event Conduct & Safety: This is a family-friendly event. Misbehaviour, harassment, violent conduct, or intoxication is strictly prohibited. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee violating event rules, without refund. Organic, safe Holi colors will be provided at the venue. Visitors are not allowed to bring any hard colours. Entry with alcohol, drugs, sharp objects, explosives, firecrackers, or weapons is strictly prohibited. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
Photography & Media: The event may be photographed and video recorded. By entering the venue, attendees consent to the use of their photos/videos for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Liability Disclaimer: Guests participate in rain dance, color play, games, and activities at their own risk. Organizers, venue partners, and associates shall not be responsible for: - Any injury, accident, allergic reaction, or medical emergency - Any loss or damage to personal property Basic medical assistance will be available, but guests are expected to manage personal health-related precautions.
