When you make money online, one of the easiest and fastest ways to do so is to become an affiliate. Here, I will show you how to start your online business doing affiliate marketing and make your first money. I will show you step by step how to do this.

In truth, I don’t make six figures a month from affiliate marketing every single month. I do, however, make a lot of money every month, and what’s more important is that it’s almost 95% passive income!

What does “passive income” mean to me?

Passive income means that every month, I make a few thousand dollars without having to do anything. if I take a whole month off, I will still make about the same amount each month. Nice!!

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is when you promote products or services for other people or businesses and get paid for each sale.

So, that’s good because you won’t have to worry about making and buying products. You’ll just promote an already-existing one. This is why it’s so easy to start. It’s even possible to start with no money at all, as you’ll see in a second.

You can start an online business and make money without spending a lot of money or even having a lot of skills. Affiliate marketing is the best option for people who want to start their own business and make money without spending money or even not having a lot of skills.

The two most important parts of affiliate marketing are:

Choosing a product to promote and
Getting people to buy the product through promoting

Select a product, promote it, and make money! It’s that easy to do!

You need to choose the right product for your needs first.

1.Choose the right product to promote:

The best thing to do is to learn and understand how to pick the best product or service to promote. This is because, with the same amount of work and time, you will make more money if you pick the right product.

Example: The service costs $100, and your commission is 60% of the sale price.

You told people about this service, and you made like 50 sales a month.

Using simple math:

50$ x (100 * 0.6) = 3000$ a month Nice!

And your advertising costs (if you run paid ads) are 1500$, too. Then, every month, you make $1500.

1500$ x 12 months = 20000 $ per year

Great! If you want to promote your business every month, you’ll have to spend money and time on it every month. Yes?!

Here we go! Let’s change the situation now!

In the end, we chose a product that cost the same: 100$. Only 40% of what you make comes from you, not 60%.

This time, though, things are different because the product you chose has recurring commissions, which means you’ll get 40% every month even if you don’t keep promoting the product again and again.

Then, let’s say that you used this service to get 50 sales in a month.

Using simple math:

If you make 50 sales a month:

First month: 50$ * (100*0.4) = 2000$

So, if your advertising costs are 1500$, then you only make 500$ in the first month.

If you don’t do any advertising or work for the next four months, you’ll get $2000. It was there.

If this is true, you will make $2000 in the next few months without paying a penny!

A lot less work and time: $500 + (2000$ * 11) = 22500 $ per year.

Which one do you choose?

I think you’ll go with the second option, which will make 90% of your money passive with the same amount of money or more.

This is a small example, but it shows how important it may be to choose the right product, even if it has a lower commission rate.

4.GetResponse: The best email marketing service out there, and one of the best affiliate programs you’ll find.

The site has two programs, one of which pays 100$ per sale. During the month, you get 33% of the money you make from recurring commissions.

What’s good about Get response and other services like it is that it’s hard for people who use them to leave, because all their mailing lists, data, and analytics will be kept in the system. So moving will be a little difficult.

SEO is the best way to promote affiliate services and products and make almost all of your money from this business come from it. why?

What is SEO

A lot of people don’t know what SEO is.

You can use SEO to get your websites and articles to show up at the top of search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. SEO is the best medium to do this.

There are a lot of things people do when they want something on the internet. People usually only look at results from the first page.

So your goal with SEO is to get your website to show up on the first page of a certain search. As a result, you can get a lot of free organic traffic to your site.

Let’s look at a simple example, like this one. In order to make money, you wrote about an affiliate product on your website and put it on the first page of Google. For example, “Top 10 Mobile phone under 1000$ for YouTubers.”

This means that you can now imagine how much money you will make with the amazon affiliate program if you use “Mobile phone affiliate links” and get free traffic from Google. It’s making money while you sleep!

Now you can say, “That’s great!” But how do we put our articles on the top of the list? WHAT THE HELL IS SEO?! It’s also how we do it.

Even though this article doesn’t go into depth about SEO, I’ll do my best to help you understand how to start and work with SEO in a few lines. I will not let you leave here without having seen anything!

In order to rank your articles, there are only three main steps you need to go through:

1.Find out what people are looking for, so you can help them (Keyword Research)

2.This is the second thing you should do to make your article look good for these keywords: (On-Page SEO)

3.The third thing to do for off-page SEO is to build trust with your customers, send out social signals, and get links to your site from other sites.

For now, let’s look at a simple example from one blog. if you go to Google now and search for “Free keyword research tools,” you’ll see the following:

If you search Google, you’ll see that ashrefs article is in 2nd place after the ad. Those are the main pages for the Email service provider owner. So, in practice, Ahrefs the first thing that comes up.

So if someone searches for this word, he will definitely check out Ahrefs site.

How did Ahrefs do this?

Firstly, Ahrefs wanted to write an article (full guide) about “Free keyword research tools that are not Google “. So he Simply wrote it!

In the title, you can see that the keywords that Ahrefs used when he wrote the article are there:

When you search for things like “keyword research tools” or free keyword research tolls, you’ll see things like “Keyword research” and “Guide.”

Simple On-page optimization: Putting the keywords in the title of the post, which will be the H1 tag on your site for this article. This is an example of how to do this.

2.Use YouTube to promote affiliate link

You can use YouTube to spread the word about almost anything! A lot more than affiliate services. There are affiliate products that you make videos about. You link back to them in the videos.

Now, the big question is how to get more people to watch your YouTube channel and make more money.

When you want to grow your channel, there are two ways to do it.

1. YouTube Suggestions: This is where YouTube starts putting your videos at the top of other videos that people are already interested in.

For example, you pick something that’s popular and you make a similar, high-quality video. You also make sure the metadata (Title, Thumbnail, Description, and Tags) of your video is good.

2. Video SEO: Rank your videos at the top of YouTube search results by making sure your title and metadata are optimized for a certain word. You can use tools like Tubebuddy, Vidiq, and more to grow your channel. These tools can help.

3.Forums and Q&A Sites, also known as “chat rooms.”

Do some research and look for places where your content is discussed. Then, share what you know and link to your own article or page where you are promoting the offer (DO NOT SPAM)

If you want free traffic, don’t forget about Reddit. It’s a great place to get it.

Many marketing Forum helped me get more traffic because I joined many forum and answer questions.

Also, Quora Q&A, which is one of the fastest ways to get people to visit your site. When you answer questions and link back to your site, that’s how.

4.Use Social media

If you use some social media like Facebook, maybe Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Twitter, and you have some followers then all these helps you to get traffic.

If you want to use social media, you don’t want to spam groups and people. Instead, you want to build connections, give value, build trust, and then link back to your pages.

5.Use Free ebooks & Courses

It’s also possible to make small free ebooks and put them on ebooks sites like this to get more traffic. You can also put a free course on Udemy, which has millions of students, and link back to your site from there. People who take my Udemy classes might have seen the links I give in my courses.

6. By Email marketing:

Keep building your email list, which will be one of the best ways to get people to visit your website. Send newsletters to your subscribers. Email marketing is one of the best free ways to start doing affiliate marketing.

Paid Advertising (Paid Method)

Paid advertising can be done on a lot of different networks and places, like:

Facebook Ads
Google Ads
Native Ads
Quora Ads

Each of these takes a 300-page book to read. So I’ll go over each one briefly to make sure you’re going in the right direction.

Promote Affiliate products through Facebook & Google Ads

In order to spread the word about your affiliate products, you can use Facebook and Google ads.

The following things are important to keep in mind if you want to use Facebook or Google Ads for affiliate marketing:

First: There are a few things you should do before you start running ads on your affiliate link. Most of the time, Facebook and Google don’t like when people put affiliate links on their pages. If you do this too often, your ad account could be shut down.

Instead, you want them to go to your landing page in between the Ad and the Affiliate product page, so that they can go there.

Second: make sure that all of your landing pages follow Facebook and Google’s rules.

Now, you need to make your landing page. This could be a simple page where you sell what you’re promoting before it even goes on sale. Content that is written before or on the sales page is important, no matter what kind of content it is. and ask them to click on the link to get it.

Then you can use this to grow your list by getting these people to join your list, and then sending them to the content or offer you are promoting.

Create and Run of your campaign to start doing Affiliate marketing

In the beginning, make sure your target audience is correct and that you narrow down your search so that only people who are interested in what you are selling will see it. Then, when you run paid ads, you can also use “Ad retargeting.” This is a great tool.

Even though, I think it’s a good idea to start with Quora as a free way to get people to see your answers and share their own knowledge. But, you can still run paid ads on Quora, and you can do that too.
